This is the most visited payed monument in the world - and therefore perhaps the most photographed. Probably there is nothing original in this picture but somehow it feels like approaching the tower from a different angle!

A gift from the elders! This camera was handed over to its previous owner somewhere in the '50s. It was used for over 5 decades to capture family moments including the writer's childhood. Still functional after all these years, it is ready for action, giving a different taste if film prints. Who says that our high tech cameras will last more than a quarter of its life?

Brussels afternoon

Walking back home in the afternoon. Brussels may not have all the popular tourist attractions but still is the capital of the European Union. Interesting city to walk and definitely eat some chocolate and frites.
